Republic Day: CRPF awarded highest number of gallantry medals

On the eve of the 76th Republic Day, the CRPF received the highest number of gallantry medals among all police forces, with 19 awards. Notably, 11 of these were for operations in Jammu and Kashmir, 7 for anti-Maoist actions, and one for an operation in the northeast.
