Representative Amal Salama, a member of the House of Representatives, confirmed that Parliament’s approval of 4 legislative amendments regarding maritime trade and ship safety comes to complement the Egyptian state’s efforts to advance the maritime transport sector, which will have a clear impact in supporting the Egyptian economy.
The representative indicated that the maritime transport sector is one of the most important files that the state is focusing on supporting in light of the new republic, and based on the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, because of its great influence.
