Stellar Magazine has unveiled its latest cover star and whataya know? It’s controversial Aussie Olympian Rachael Gunn AKA Raygun, looking like you’ve never seen her before.
The new issue — which drops this Sunday — features the breakdancer with a long braid, killer pose and a pouty look. She’s traded her famous breakdancing Olympics uniform for a tizzy blue gown and looks like a deadset model.
“SNEAK PEEK: Rachael Gunn AKA #Raygun stars on the cover of this Sunday’s Stellar,” the caption reads.

Although we’re not totally clear what the interview will entail, the pull quote on the cover makes it pretty obvi that the whole Olympics debacle — in which the whole world criticised her peculiar dance moves and the fallout that ensued — will be a hot topic that’s discussed.
“You did not bring me down. You did not succeed. I will stand by what I did,” the quote reads, along with the coverline: “What will Raygun do next?”
It’s a mighty fine question, indeed!
It’s not the first time she’s spoken about the backlash that ensued after bombing at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
She previously jumped onto Instagram as the chaos was at fever pitch to address her fans and critics directly.
“I just want to start by thanking all the people who have supported me. I really appreciate the positivity, and I’m glad I was able to bring some joy into your lives. That’s what I hoped,” the 36-year-old began.
“I didn’t realise that that would also open the door to so much hate, which frankly has been pretty devastating. But I went out there and I had fun.”
Despite the claims that RayGun attempted to make the Olympics into a joke, she maintained that she was 100 per cent serious in her pursuit.
“I did take it very seriously. I worked my butt off preparing for the Olympics, and I gave my all, truly, I’m honoured to have been a part of the Australian Olympic team and to be part of Breaking’s Olympic debut,” she continued.
“What the other athletes have achieved has just been phenomenal.”
So, to repeat the question posed by Stellar, what will Raygun do next?
Apparently the Olympian is being courted by reality television casting producers, including 10’s bonkers jungle series I’m A Celeb. Will we see her popping up on the next season? Only Robert Irwin and Julia Morris can answer that!
Raygun’s Stellar Magazine issue drops this Sunday, if you wanna see what she actually has been up to since wowing the world with those Kath Day-Knight moves. Noice!
