President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, sent a congratulatory telegram to His Excellency the President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, President Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, on the occasion of the celebration of Independence Day.
President El-Sisi dispatched Mohamed Adel Mokhtar, Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic, to the Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in Cairo, to congratulate him on this occasion.
