President of the Giza Chamber of Commerce, Osama El-Shahed, stressed the importance of the human element as the mainstay of development at all times. To create new cadres on an ongoing basis by providing an appropriate work environment concerned with continuous training and refining expertise.
This came during a ceremony honoring a number of workers referred for retirement after reaching the legal age, within the framework of the Chamber’s constant keenness to honor its children who have reached the age of Legal age as an established tradition; In appreciation and gratitude to them for what they provided to the Chamber during their career journey.
The witness said that honoring is a duty towards everyone who works hard and sincerely, pointing out the keenness to continue the good relationship between the Council Managing the Chamber and its employees as one family, pointing out that the Chamber’s door is always open to its children and to accommodate their opinions and experiences, especially after many years of struggle, work, and active participation in serving and developing the Chamber.
And on the sidelines During the celebration, the Giza Chamber of Commerce honored the outstanding students in the general and secondary school certificates for the academic year 2023-2024, who are the children of the chamber’s employees.
