Powerful Hollywood network executive’s scandalous affair with female manager of his actress lover exposed
Ron Meyer, the vice chairman who parted ways with NBCUniversal in 2020 amid a blackmail scandal involving an extramarital affair with actress Charlotte Kirk, has also been linked to an affair with the one-time beauty queen who briefly worked as her manager.
Sources told The Hollywood Reporter Thursday that that news Meyer had a tryst with Liz Fuller, 48, in 2019, before his exit from the broadcasting giant over accusations of hush money payments made to Kirk, 32, surfaced after Fuller and Kirk began working together over the past few weeks.
Kirk and Fuller, who was Miss Great Britain in 1996-1997, ceased working with one another after THR contacted them about their links to Meyer. Details were unclear how the women crossed paths initially.
Meyer’s 25-year run at NBCUniversal concluded in August of 2020 after he acknowledged having settled a lawsuit with Kirk, who remains pursing a substantial portion of the payment Meyer had past agreed to, according to THR.
Kirk who was also linked to a high-profile affair with ex-Warner Bros. Entertainment exec Kevin Tsujihara that led to his exit from the company in March of 2019, shortly before Meyer and Fuller crossed paths.
Meyer parted ways with NBCUniversal after admitting he and Kirk had been involved in a sexual relationship in 2013, at the time she was 18. Insiders told THR that Meyer had entered into a $2 million agreement with Kirk not to disclose the information publicly.

Fuller spoke about her April 2019 affair with Meyer in an email sent in January 2021 during a time in which she was looking for an attorney ‘presumably to initiate an action against Meyer’ following his 2020 exit from NBCUniversal under the aforementioned circumstances, according to the outlet.
Fuller said that a client she had who was training Meyer – at the time executive vice chairman for NBCUniversal – in the gym had introduced them.
Fuller said in her communications reviewed by THR about Meyer, ‘He flirted and gave me the impression he was looking for love and to date me seriously.
‘He reassured me he was the nicest guy in town, that age didn’t matter and handed over the CAA Powerhouse book (penned by author James Andrew Miller in 2016) so I could read up on who he was.’
Fuller said in her email of Meyer: ‘He gave me the impression he was a gentleman and again he reassured me he was not a player.’
Meyer, who had been single when he crossed paths with Fuller, had breakfast with her at the restaurant Cecconi’s in West Hollywood, California.
They eventually linked up in an encounter Fuller described in her email as ‘passionate … and sexy.
Fuller said that she ‘was literally putty and vulnerable in his company,’ but eventually felt ‘played’ by the end of things.

Meyer was accused in an email of threatening that he had the ‘largest hammer in’ Hollywood in terms of professional influence
Fuller said that her mutual contact with Meyer told her he’d witnessed an actress walking out of his bedroom at 6 a.m.
Fuller said in her email, ‘I said wow who was she? He said she’s a famous brunette in her 30s and in Universal films but wouldn’t say who.’
Fuller said when she confronted Meyer with the information, he told her she ‘was a blonde beauty queen and that he thought [she] was a fun time girl,’ later becoming more hostile in his tone.
Fuller said Meyer boasted he possessed the ‘largest hammer in this town and could bring it down on [her] at anytime’ professionally.
Fuller said in a November 12 Instagram post that she had been representing Kirk, according to THR, writing, ‘Excited to be working with the exceptional Charlotte Kirk! Perhaps single-handedly the leading up and coming bad a**.’
The outlet reported that they were told by ‘a friend of Fuller’s [who] declined to give her name’ that Fuller is ‘no longer is Kirk’s manager,’ which added that Kirk’s agent had learned of the news from their reporting.
