Party leader "Conference": The state has a comprehensive strategy for the development of Upper Egypt governorates
Captain Walid Joudeh, Assistant Secretary -General of the Congress Party in Cairo, praised the efforts made by the state to implement comprehensive development projects in the governorates of Upper Egypt, and considered it a qualitative shift in the process of building and achieving sustainable development. According to a number of ministers, it emphasizes the priority of Upper Egypt in the state’s investment plan, and the political leadership is keen to follow up on the implementation of these projects on the ground, and to ensure that they achieve the desired results for the benefit of citizens. The Prime Minister’s visit to Assiut Governorate demonstrates that the state has a comprehensive strategy for the development of Upper Egypt, through actual programs that are translated into national projects, as well as its endeavor to communicate with citizens to learn about their priorities and demands, to ensure the achievement of sustainable development. During the development of roads and bridges, such as the Dairut axis that connects the governorates of Upper Egypt and facilitates the movement of trade and movement, in addition to improving sewage services and drinking water to provide a decent life for the people of the most needy villages. And investment, such as the industrial zone in Assiut, in addition to supporting small and medium enterprises to empower youth and women. In Upper Egypt governorates, in addition to directing huge investments to improve infrastructure, which contributes to raising the quality of life for citizens.
