NFL superstar Derrick Henry looks unrecognizable as he reveals new look after ditching iconic haircut
Ravens running back Derrick Henry looks unrecognizable after trading his signature dreadlocks for a new look.
Henry had the style since entering the league as a rookie in 2016.
But over Baltimore’s bye week, the four-time Pro Bowler cut his locks and debuted his new cornrows.
In a video posted by Tima the Hairstylist, who braided Henry’s hair, Henry can be seen holding his dreadlocks up for the camera.
Henry is also tagged in the caption of the Instagram reel, which has seen over 95,000 views at the time of writing.

Derrick Henry has had a stellar first season with the Baltimore Ravens at running back
It’s believed to be the first time since at least high school that Henry has not had dreadlocks.
The 30-year-old, who spent the first eight seasons of his career in Tennessee, has had a stellar first season with the Ravens.
In 13 games thus far, he has 1,407 rushing yards (second in the NFL) and 13 touchdowns on the ground – tied with the Eagles’ Jalen Hurts for the league lead.
He’s also chipped in with two receiving touchdowns – his first scores through the air since the 2019 season.
Henry and the 8-5 Ravens will look to emerge from the bye with a win when they face the Giants on Sunday.
