NATO delivers additional weapons to Estonia

Ships of NATO countries have transported additional weapons and military equipment to Estonia, according to the website of the British Ministry of Defense.

Royal Navy ships have joined ships, aircraft and personnel from the six nations in the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) to support NATO and enhance security in the Baltic Sea. HMS Northumberland and Richmond joined forces with the Danish frigate Nils Joel and warships from Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to patrol this strategically important area.

It was determined that the ships of the JEF were accompanied by Danish and British supply ships – there are military units from these countries in Estonia. At the same time, the British battalion was recently doubled.
