& nbsp; within the framework of its continuous efforts to enhance political awareness among young people, the National Elections Authority organized, on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, an educational educational symposium for youth at its headquarters in Cairo, within the activities of the cooperation protocol concluded with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with the aim of spreading political awareness and deepening the culture of electoral participation among citizens, especially the youth category that is an essential pillar of the country through various benefits Electoral.

& nbsp; High -level participation and wide youth presence & nbsp; The National Elections Authority, headed by Judge Hazem Badawi, head of the commission, in the presence of Judge Ahmed Bandari, Director of the Executive Agency of the National Elections Authority, Judge Shadi Riad, Judge Sharif Siddiq, and Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Nawab, Director of the Executive Authority, along with a number of members of the executive body of the authority. & nbsp; & nbsp; Within the activities of the symposium, Judge Shadi Riad, Deputy Director of the Executive Agency for the National Elections Authority, addressed the mechanism of updating the voter database, and how to work, noting that the authority was able to use modern means to ensure the accuracy of the electoral process without errors related to the similarity of the names, and the judge reviewed & nbsp; Shadi Riyad some models similar to names in the voter data are a common phenomenon in the Egyptian society, but the National Elections Authority was able to use modern means to produce elections and referendums without a single error regarding the similarity of names by using the non -repetitive national number system that he explained in detail to show all means of safety With it.

& nbsp; Judge Shadi Riad, Deputy Director of the Executive Agency of the National Elections Authority, confirmed that there are multiple sources to which the National Elections Authority will be left to purify and update the voter database represented by the ministries of defense, interior, health, population and the Public Prosecution.

& nbsp; & nbsp; The judge said & nbsp; Sherif Siddiq, Deputy Director of the Executive Agency for the National Elections Authority, said that the system of the administrative entities database used by the authority to purify the voter database aims to create a reliable system, and added that the electoral centers are being examined under the supervision of the National Elections Authority with the participation of the various concerned authorities, to ensure their readiness during the elections and referendums. & nbsp; & nbsp;

& nbsp; & nbsp; The symposium witnessed the keenness of the Director of the Executive Authority and his deputies to open extensive discussions with the participating youth, as young people asked many questions and inquiries about the electoral process and the importance of their role in this process. The Commission team praised the level of youth awareness and their keenness to understand the political issues raised and it was emphasized during the discussion, that the poll is a right and national duty, and is one of the basic pillars of the democratic process, which contributes to the stability of the state and organizing the work of its powers and national institutions. & nbsp;
