The National Council for Human Rights condemned any attempt aimed at displacing the Palestinian people from their lands, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, international humanitarian law, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
The Council also denounced the attempt to implicate two Arab countries in this crime. The terrible situation that would inflame the security and humanitarian situation in the region.
The Council affirms its full support for the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and to establish their own independent state. Sovereignty, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in line with international human rights and humanitarian values and taking into account the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
