Mother horrified after daughter bites into something ‘hard’ in her Chicken McNugget
A-mother-four was left disgusted after finding what she believed to be a human tooth in her young daughter’s McDonalds meal.
Demi, who goes by @itsdemi90 on TikTok and is based in the US, told her 14.6k followers that her six-year-old bit into something ‘hard’ while eating chicken nuggets.
After noticing the tooth, she assumed it had fallen from her daughter’s mouth.
She was horrified when she realised that the tooth did not belong to the little girl.
‘She bit down into one of her chicken nuggets and she said she hurt her tooth,’ Demi said.
‘So, I am looking at it and she pulls this out, and I am freaking out saying “baby where is your tooth what happened how did you lose a tooth in your chicken nuggets?”
‘It’s not her tooth y’all, this is not my baby’s tooth, but this is a baby’s tooth, it was someone’s babies’ tooth.
‘This is disgusting, and this is what we are eating, this is what we are feeding our kids.’

Demi, who is based in the US, explained she took her children to get happy meals at McDonalds and also bought a box of ten chicken nuggets for her daughter
In the video, which has amassed 4.3 million views, Demi showed her followers a small white object, which she claimed to be the tooth in question.
‘This is a human tooth, this is a baby tooth, and when I say baby, I mean no more than six-years-old. And we are eating this s*** and you are still going to continue to eat from there,’ she said.
In tears Demi added: ‘What is it going to take for us to listen? I am sick to my stomach, I have heard the rumours, and I am still guilty of taking my kids to go eat at McDonalds,’ she said.
Several commenters advised Demi to call the police or to seek a forensic test and a lawyer, while others shared similar experiences.
One commenter wrote: ‘This happened to me a few years ago…I bit down on a burger, and I bit something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth, and it was a baby tooth!’
Another said: ‘My son found pieces of a tooth in his cookie it was the Great Value Twist “Oreo dupe” and Walmart came back and said it’s not possible even though his dentist confirmed it wasn’t my son’s.’
One social media user also said: ‘I’ve had small pieces of white stuff that I can’t chew that I thought were teeth chips in my burger from there! Not just McDonald’s, store-bought meat as well!’
But some are adamant the hard tooth-like object is actually a chicken bone.
One person said: ‘It’s not a tooth, it’s from a chicken and it didn’t get grinded up during process. These things can happen anywhere you buy meat.’
One 2013 study by researchers in Mississippi found chicken cartilage, bone, skin, muscle tissue, and blood vessels in nuggets tested from two unnamed ‘national fast food chains’.
On the UK McDonalds website, the fast-food chain stresses there is no bone in McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets.
It claims the nuggets are made from 100 per cent chicken breast and added that their chicken suppliers go to great lengths to remove bones.
