Missile bombing of the border of Tajikistan
– Sputnik, citing a source in the Tajik border service, reported that seven missiles were fired at the Tajik army from Afghanistan.
According to the agency, the accident occurred in the Farkhor district of the Khatlon region. The source said that four shells landed in the Amu Darya River and three in a nearby forest. As a result of the accident, no one was hurt.
According to the agency, the border guards noticed a car with “Afghan terrorists inside.” The car was burnt and the attackers were wounded.
In turn, Afghan media reported that the responsibility for the incident rests with the Taliban.
It was also reported that militants from Ansar Allah group, which is part of the Taliban, attacked Tajikistan.
