He pointed to the role of the National Dialogue in empowering youth, starting with assigning the task of organizing the National Dialogue directly to the National Youth Conference, and relying entirely on youth elements in forming the technical secretariat of the Dialogue, and even allocating a committee for youth within the societal axis of the Dialogue. Passing through the diversity of the youth attendees, who participated in the various sessions with their opinions and proposals, he also emphasized the role of youth in the national dialogue and their participation in formulating recommendations and proposals on issues.
