The Minister of Parliamentary, Legal and Political Affairs explained " Perhaps you will agree with me that your esteemed council has a very important legislative agenda that it needs for the remaining phase of this legislative term. Its preparation and prioritization took into account the projects that come in implementation of constitutional entitlements and presidential mandates and those whose priorities are shared by more than one ministry or entity to implement the government program that has the confidence of your esteemed council.
