*Minister of Military Production on a tour inside "Factory 27 Military" To follow up on the progress of the production process

Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa, Minister of State for Military Production, continued his field tours within military production companies and their affiliated units. To ensure the regularity of the production process on the ground    And the position of the projects being implemented, where he made an inspection tour of the Shubra Engineering Industries Company “Military Factory 27” One of the companies affiliated with the Ministry, stressing his keenness to conduct planned and surprise visits to companies and affiliated units. 

 

Minister “Mohamed Salah” began The inspection tour listened to a detailed presentation from Engineer Tariq Bakhit, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shubra Engineering Industries Company, during which the executive position of the projects that the company is implementing was reviewed. During the presentation, the Minister stressed the necessity of completing all projects within the specified times, and the marketing plans and position were also reviewed. Inventory and production requirements  And indicators of performance and business  Maintenance and industrial security procedures, stressing that the next stage is a stage of completing the production process  And construction and development    There is no room for complacency. 

During the presentation, the Minister praised the important role played by the company         (Military Factory 27) to contribute to meeting the requirements of the armed forces and the police for military products, as well as exploiting surplus capacities to manufacture civilian products that meet the needs of citizens, as the Shubra Engineering Industries Company is one of the oldest companies affiliated with the Ministry, which was opened in 1954 and within it the first Egyptian military product was produced by 100%  This was achieved through the production of the first 9 mm ammunition round on October 23, 1954       This day has been considered a military production holiday ever since.

 Shoubra Engineering Industries Company also contributes to meeting the requirements of the civil sector (electric power motors of various capacities – fractional motors – electric fans of various types). – Electrical hoods for factories and workshops – The factory also participates in manufacturing some components of waste recycling plants produced by military production companies. 

After that, the Minister of State for Military Production inspected a number of the company’s production lines, including  The electric motor production line, and he also visited the modern production lines that were prepared for the start of production  As of next year,  He urged the workers of the Military Production Company for projects to finish preparing the hangars within the planned times. During the tour, he visited the various warehouses in the company and reviewed the storage process to ensure that the workers implement the monthly and annual inventory procedures, while emphasizing the cleanliness and arrangement of the storage units and cells, and during the inspection The Minister was keen " Mohamed Salah " To talk closely with employees and encourage them to exert more effort and increase productivity and commitment,  Stressing that he is always ready to receive all ideas that would develop the production process. Because innovation is the key to the industrial future.

The Minister followed up during his inspection tour of the production lines the extent of the workers’ commitment to implementing occupational safety and health procedures and their commitment to wearing safety equipment and personal protective equipment.

The Minister was accompanied during the inspection tour by the engineer Emil Elias Awad, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Military Production Authority and Managing Director      And the engineer  Muhammad Sherine Muhammad Shehata, Supervisor of the Central Administration for the Affairs of the Minister’s Office and a number of the Ministry’s leaders.
