The competent departments of the development agencies of the new cities of Beni Suef, Badr, and Al-Shorouk carried out campaigns to remove occupancy, random phenomena, and building violations, and to control escaping water connections in cooperation with the Utilities and Construction Police.
This was stated by Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing and Utilities. And urban communities, stressing that there are instructions to work to prevent violations in all their forms in new cities, preserve the civilized appearance, and deal immediately with violations in Its cradle.
In this context, the New Beni Suef City Authority, under the supervision of Engineer Ahmed Abdel Jaber, head of the agency, and in cooperation with the City’s Construction Police Department, launched a campaign to remove violations and lift occupancy in the city.
He explained that The campaign resulted in the removal of 20 road occupancy cases, including 5 road occupancy cases in front of commercial stores in the city center. 15 road occupancy reports were issued in front of commercial stores and on the sidewalks in the city’s second residential district, and 4 stop decisions were implemented. Works to plot land in the area extending the city center for violating building requirements, in addition to taking legal measures.
Engineer Muhammad Abdulaziz Amer, head of the Badr City Development Authority, indicated that a campaign had been launched in coordination with the Construction Police and the Utilities Police to remove occupancies and violations. He added that a campaign was launched to remove building violations, which resulted in the immediate removal of a violating building to increase the construction percentage in plot No. 793 in the fourth neighborhood in the first district, where the wooden beams were dismantled, the roof was removed, legal measures were taken, and dealing in the building was stopped.
