Minister of Housing: Delivery of 728 plots of land whose status has been reconciled in New Obour will begin next Sunday
The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, confirmed that the New Obour City Development Authority, next Sunday, until Tuesday (February 25, 2025), will begin handing over 728 plots of land in Neighborhood No. 3 in District 32, the “formerly” Al Amal area. In the new city of Obour, on specific dates according to what was announced by the city authority.
The Minister confirmed – according to a statement by the Ministry today, Friday – the continuation of the efforts made to complete the file of legalizing the lands added to the possession of a number of The new cities, with the aim of preserving citizens’ rights and achieving social stability, within the state’s plan that aims to provide adequate housing in accordance with the vision of sustainable development.
The head of the New Obour City Development Authority explained Dr Engineer Ahmed Ismail, said that the plots of land in Block No. 32301 from 1:8 and 23:29 will be delivered on Sunday, 12/1/2024, and the plots from 9:22, on Monday 12/2/2024, then the rest of the plots successively.< /p>
