Minister of Education: A plan to develop technical education in cooperation with the Italian side

In the context of strengthening the Egyptian-Italian partnership in the field of technical and vocational education, Mohamed Abdel-Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Dr. Giuseppe Valditara, Italian Minister of Education and Merit, visited the & quot; Istra Amco & quot; The Swedish Electric Group, and Al -Suwaidi Electric Academy, in the presence of Ambassador Micheli Kawroni, Italy’s Ambassador to Egypt, and Engineer Ahmed Al -Suwaidi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Al -Suwaidi Electric Foundation.

& nbsp; & nbsp; Minister Mohamed Abdel -Latif, during the visit, Dr. Ayman Bahaa El -Din, Deputy Minister of Education, and Dr. Amr Basila, Head of the Central Administration for Technical Education Development, Hanan Al -Rihani, Secretary -General of the Swedish Electric Foundation and CEO of Al -Suwaidi Technical Academy, where the visit witnessed a review of the efforts made in developing and linking technical education The labor market. The Swedish Group of Electric, the two ministers listened to a detailed presentation on the Al -Suwaidi Technical Academy, where its strategy aimed at linking education to the requirements of the labor market, which focuses on enhancing employment opportunities and qualifying young people with practical skills that are compatible with the needs of the industrial sectors, through close cooperation with the Ministry Education, where this approach is an affirmation of the importance of technical education in bridging the skills gap and enhancing the competitiveness of national cadres in the local and international labor market.

During the visit, Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif expressed his appreciation for the level of education and training provided by the Academy Al -Suwaidi Electric, noting that the Egyptian state pays great attention to the development of technical education, by adopting the latest educational and technological methods in education and training to ensure the graduation of qualified cadres that meet the needs of the local and international labor market. The importance of the strong partnership with the private sector, which participates in a clear vision in achieving sustainable development, noting that the Egyptian-Italian partnership in this field focuses on achieving an advanced educational model that keeps pace with global variables and meets the needs of the labor market for the two countries and globally. & Nbsp; & nbsp;

For his part, Italian Minister of Education, Dr. Giuseppe Valditara praised the efforts of the Egyptian Ministry of Education in qualifying technical cadres, in order to achieve the requirements of joint cooperation between the two countries.
