Massive eight-car pileup unfolds on M4 Motorway before five-person brawl erupts with one rushed to hospital
Five people have been arrested and one rushed to hospital with a stab wound after a fight broke out following an eight-car pileup on a busy Sydney motorway.
The chaos unfolded on the M4 Motorway at South Wentworthville, near Parramatta in the city’s west, just before 3.45am on Wednesday.
One person was rushed to hospital under police guard after suffering a stab wound to the back of the head.
Four others were taken to Granville and Parramatta police stations for questioning about the incident.
