Manchester United vs Arsenal – Premier League: Live score, team news and updates as Gunners search for opener as they look to cut gap to Liverpool, with Rasmus Hojlund dropped by Ruben Amorim

If yesterday’s games are anything to go by, today’s game will be full of action.

Third and fourth in the league kicked us off this weekend as Nuno Espirito Santo’s high-flying Nottingham Forest spoiled Manchester City’s chances of leapfrogging them and moving to third.

Callum Hudson-Odoi’s late goal in the 83rd minute has now significanlty bolstered their chances of securing Champions League football next season as they now find themselves four points clear of City and five ahead of Chelsea with ten games remaining.

Next up were the 3pm games and wow was there drama early on as league leader’s Liverpool fell behind early in the game to bottom of the table Southampton.

However the Reds came out a completely different side in the second half, one can only assume thanks to a stern talking to by Arne Slot at the break.

Out of favour Darwin Nunez ignited the comeback before star man Mohamed Salah superbly finished two penalties to claim all three points at Anfield and take the Merseyside outfit 16 points clear of title rivals Arsenal.

Elsewhere in the 3pms, Brighton came from behind deep into stoppage to beat Fulham 2-1. Whilst Crustal Palace knicked a 1-0 victory over Ipswich Town thanks to a late strike from Ismaila Sarr.

Aston Villa claimed a 1-0 victory over Brentford thanks to previous Bees player Ollie Watkins later in the day.

Whilst Wolves and Everton shared points in the late 8pm game.
