The Married At First Sight (MAFS) bride Jacqui Burfoot has gone totally rogue on social media, and fans have picked apart everything she’s been sharing.
The latest fan theory to make the rounds is that a simple piece of jewellery could be key to proving that Jacqui hooked up with Clint Rice during filming.
In case you somehow need a refresher, Jacqui is married to Ryan Donnelly on the show. She’s now happily together with fellow MAFS groom Clint Rice, but has always claimed they got together after the show finished airing.
However, after Jacqui revealed the necklace she has been wearing in her AMAs was a gift from her current partner, sleuths realised she’d been wearing a very similar necklace during the experiment.
Could that mean she got together with Clint earlier than she let on?!
“Jacqui did wear that double heart necklace on a few occasions. It stood out to me as my grandma had one exactly the same. Surprise, surprise, Jacqui is lying again,” a viewer wrote on the MAFS Uncensored Facebook group.
“She is fake so there’s no surprise here,” another added.
“Her whole life is a lie,” a third wrote.

Jacqui has now hit back and explained the innocent jewellery mix-up that people didn’t see.
“I had [that necklace] on the show but lost it backstage one day and then [Clint] replaced it,” she wrote on Instagram. “Appreciate the keenness to get to the bottom of the facts!”
She added another message on her Instagram Story, saying: “The trolls get pettier by the day!”
Jacqui also confirmed with PEDESTRIAN.TV that she got together with Clint after Final Vows.
“I flew down to see Clint about two to three weeks after Final Vows after bonding about our spouses who had similar world views,” she explained.
Another source confirmed that “no cheating took place”, with Jacqui and Ryan seeing their relationship through to the end.
I guess the necklace wasn’t as big of a clue as everybody originally thought!
