Rogue Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 bride Jacqui Burfoot has issued an apology after making a “slut-shaming” comment towards her on-screen husband Ryan Donnelly.
Last week, MAFS sleuths were left shook to the core after Jacqui and her partner, fellow MAFS 2025 groom Clint Rice, attempted to drag Ryan for his sexual activity during a TikTok Live.
When a viewer in the live stream asked where Ryan was, Clint replied: “He’s probably in Campbelltown.”
“He’s probably fucking some slut,” Jacqui chimed in before the pair burst out laughing.
“Can we cut that?” Clint nervously laughed before Jacqui said, “Cut, cut cut.”
The snippet has since been shared by reality TV sleuths MAFS uncensored (@MAFSuncensored) who wrote alongside the video, “OOOOOOft, Jacqui and Clint sl*t shaming wasn’t on my cards”.

After copping a slew of criticisms from MAFS fans who were left disgusted by Jacqui’s comments, the self-proclaimed Miss New Zealand bride took to her Instagram burner account (@jacquelineleejewellery) to issue a public apology to Ryan and his “romantic interests”.
“P.S. Sorry for shaming Ryan’s highly active sexual behaviour in my live the other night,” the MAFS bride wrote in a now-expired IG Story which was reshared by Daily Mail Australia.
“The term ‘sl*t’ was said as a sarcastic joke but wasn’t funny and I’m sorry if anyone was offended. I don’t follow Ryan and didn’t know he was seeing anyone — last I heard he was single hooking up with woman [sic] at parties with his tongue down their throats (yes I literally get heaps of these messages from girls).
“I don’t speak or engage in any content of his. He is blocked by me and I get friends and family to read anything he puts out and report to me.”

Furthermore in her apology, Jacqui said there’s “no shame on towns and locations”, referencing Clint’s Campbelltown comment, before urging fans to stop the hate against her.
“In saying that please don’t send me threats of physical harm. It’s so disproportionate,” she wrote.
Despite her pleas for the hate to stop, it appeared that MAFS fans were still angered by her comments. As a result, the 2025 bride has since disabled the comments across her social media.
It’s no secret that Jacqui has been a ‘yuge character in the 12th season of MAFS. But unfortunately for MAFS producers, it appears that this bride is pure chaos beyond the lights, cameras and Commitment Ceremonies.
You see, since the beginning of the season, Jacqui has spilled a buttload of MAFS tea as well as spoiling the ending of her storyline on her burner account.
That being said, it’ll be interesting to see what she says about the upcoming Reunion Episode, where she debuts her relationship with Clint.
Married At First Sight returns tonight on Channel Nine and 9Now.
