No, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly‘s baby is not named “Celestial Seed“, but honestly, I can see why everyone thought she was.
Last week, the former couple revealed that Megan had given birth to their daughter by sharing a beautiful black and white video of the baby holding MGK’s finger. He captioned the video, “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed.”
While he was using some woo-woo-adjacent terms to refer to the baby as a miraculous lifeform, fans interpreted the caption as an indicator of the baby’s name.
On Tuesday (local time), the 34-year-old singer took to his Instagram Stories to correct the masses about his little girl’s name.
“Wait guys…her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’,” he wrote, sharing a screenshot of a TikTok user referring to the baby by that name.
“Her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready.”
The whole thing is incredibly funny, but let’s all be honest here, if anyone was going to name their teeny-tiny baby Celestial Seed, it was going to be these two.
Of course, the MGK stans on X (formerly Twitter) have been popping off about the discourse.
