“Local Development” signing a joint cooperation agreement with the “National Training” to rehabilitate the Saqqara Center
Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, witnessed today the signing of a joint cooperation agreement between the local development center in Saqqara of the Ministry and the National Council for Training and Education, in the presence of Dr. Safwat Al -Nahhas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Training Council.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Essam El -Gohary, Assistant Minister for Development and Training and Supervisor of the Saqqara Training Center, and Dr. Medhat Maher Abdel Wahab, Secretary -General of the National Council, at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital in the presence of Major General Magdy El -Abraq, head of the legal sector in the ministry & nbsp;
Dr. Mahmoud Bergut, head of the Central Administration for Training in Saqqara, Brigadier Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Administrative Director of Saqqara, and Counselor Hussein Sabry, Chairman of the Development Committee, d. Mohamed El -Sayed Sherif, Secretary General of the Training Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce.

For her part, Dr. Manal Awad expressed her aspiration to achieve the utmost benefit from the cooperation agreement with the National Training Council, and to achieve a comprehensive change in the fields and mechanisms of training in the Saqqara Center, and to build on the new strategic vision of the center and the areas of cooperation taking place between the Saqqara Center and some local and international training institutions in the field of training and rehabilitation.

Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, also indicated that, according to the agreement, cooperation between the two sides will be made in providing joint training programs that meet the training needs of local and administrative staff, and supports upgrading the level of institutional performance, noting that the Ministry of Local Development will be rehabilitated to obtain the international certificate of the ISO 37,000: 2021 & nbsp; And developing and designing training bags in a scientific manner and developing evaluation forms for the training process.

The Minister of Local Development added that the cooperation agreement also aims to develop the criteria for the accreditation of trainers in accordance with international standards, the development of a system of measuring the return from training and linking them to assessing job performance, adopting training bags in various fields, organizing national programs at reduced prices for local workers.

Dr. Manal Awad also praised the level of cooperation between the Ministry and the National Training Council regarding reviewing the procedures, standards and training programs implemented by the Saqqara Center for Training and procedures in force globally, so that the center becomes a global training institution that works to build and qualify the capabilities of workers in the local administration in the governorates and the Ministry of the Ministry in accordance with the latest international training systems, pointing to the ministry’s keenness to implement the directives of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, It is necessary to build the capabilities of workers in the local administration according to the latest training programs that are appropriate for the new republic, which all state agencies are implementing in all development and service sectors.

For his part, Dr. Safwat Al -Nahhas praised & nbsp; Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, is keen to pay attention to training and qualifying local cadres and developing the Saqqara Center, which is an important beacon to train workers in the local administration and develop and improve their performance in implementing assignments and tasks on the land of the provinces in a distinct way that satisfies citizens.

Where the Minister of Local Development praised the efforts of all those in charge of the training system at the Saqqara Training Center during the last period and meeting the requirements of all the trainees in the Ministry and the governorates, praising the spirit of the work between the team in the center, which contributed to Saqqara obtaining the ISO International Certificate from the National Council."RTL"> As I honored the Minister of Local Development & nbsp; Dr. Safwat Al -Nahhas, leaders of the local development center in Saqqara and granting them certificates of appreciation for the effort made by their departments to adhere to the required standards and requirements until the center obtained the ISO certificate as an international institution in the field of training.
