“Local Development”: Rehabilitation of 370 leaders and local workers to keep pace with digital transformation plans
Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, announced the organization of the Local Development Center for Training in Saqqara, an exceptional training week that combines the preparation of local leaders and the qualification of administrative cadres using the latest global technologies, where the 34th training week of the ambitious training plan witnesses the capabilities of the governorate workers, which starts today, Sunday, April 27, 2025, and continues until May 1, 2025, an important event represented in training 250 local leaderships In cooperation with the Nasser Military Academy and the National Training Council, in addition to two specialized training programs to support the skills of workers in data analysis and the training content industry, to keep pace with the latest global trends in the local administration.

and confirmed Dr. Manal Awad, that the ministry continues its relentless efforts to qualify local cadres and raise their capabilities in line with the requirements of development and digital transformation, noting that the total target of training this week reaches about 370 trainees from all governorates, within the framework of a comprehensive plan that seeks to achieve a qualitative shift in the performance of the administrative apparatus in the governorates.
