Caught between love and WarfareKit Connor is ready to get back to his star-making roots.
The Heartstopper star recently said he’d “definitely like to do” a potential fourth season as he gave an update on the Netflix series adaptation of Alice Oseman‘s YA graphic novels.
“I’d definitely like to do it as long as it’s done right,” Connor told Vogue. “I just want to make sure that we keep the heart in it. So, we are working on something and hopefully we’re making it happen. But we’ll see. No promises. I don’t want to do it if it’s not right.”
Last month, Heartstopper EP Patrick Walters said the team is “working hard” on landing a Season 4 renewal as Netflix has yet to announce a decision.
Oseman previously told Deadline she’s hoping for a renewal as well, with the sixth and final installment of her graphic novel series in the works.

“I would like there to be [another season]. We’ve got no kind of confirmation yet,” said Oseman in October. “I would love to adapt volume six. I think one more season or one more, whatever it could be, would finish the story, conclude everyone’s character arcs, and help us to say goodbye to all of those characters. So yeah, keeping my fingers crossed.”
Heartstopper stars Connor and Joe Locke as Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring, two English schoolboys who spark a romance amid their unlikely friendship.
