Khaled Abdel Ghaffar reviews the simulation model for human development centers at the Communications and Information Technology Exhibition
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, gave a detailed presentation to Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, of a simulation model of the “Human Development Center” This occurred during his inspection of the pavilion of the President of the Republic’s Human Development Initiative, which was held within the activities of the Cairo International Communications and Information Technology Exhibition Cairo lCT, which will be held from November 17 to 20, 2024, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
The Deputy Prime Minister revealed that 27 human development centers are scheduled to be launched successively throughout The Republic, within the framework of the President of the Republic’s Human Development Initiative “A New Beginning for Human Building” Which will provide services and activities in several fields, including (health, education, sports, social protection, agriculture and environment, technology laboratory, and support for people with disabilities) in cooperation with the Ministerial Group for Human Development.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar reviewed the cycle for an individual to obtain the Human Development Center service, which begins from the reception area designated for visitors, filling out a questionnaire about demographic information, social status, individuals’ skills and interests, personal goals, health, cultural background, and special needs or disabilities.

He pointed out that based on the evaluation, a customized trip is created that includes various services for the individual, within the framework of human development’s contribution to developing individuals, through the latest technologies and interactive experiences to reach a comprehensive vision for the future.
During the inspection, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar briefed the attendees on a practical experience of the center’s services in 3 main areas, presented by the simulation model within the exhibition, which are (health, education, and skills development).
He explained that the educational aspect of the project begins from the “Dhahabia” pavilion. It targets children from 6 months to 6 years of age, and provides opportunities for the child to have an educational and entertaining experience, through educational techniques, innovations and technological tools that help the child learn in an interactive and exciting way, stressing the importance of the first years of a child’s life in shaping his behavior and mind. He continued, “Our School” pavilion It targets students from primary to secondary school, and supports education systems using artificial intelligence devices through 4 advanced educational experiences, indicating the goal of reaching the average years of schooling to 14 years of education, similar to developed countries in human development indicators.
 
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the health field is provided through the medical clinic within the center, which works with artificial intelligence techniques in the field of health, to determine the health condition and the necessary needs of the individual for vitamins and minerals, in addition to providing services. The President of the Republic’s initiatives in the field of public health, and promoting the concept of preventive care.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar pointed out the center’s participation in the field of skills development, where a pilot version of the latest technologies is being dealt with. Through artificial intelligence, an individual can identify aspects of his personality in a simple way, to come up with a quick assessment based on the Personal Style Index.
The Deputy Prime Minister continued that the center includes an application to determine the necessary needs. For employment opportunities for young people, based on the skills required in the labor market, under the name “National Youth Skills Base” The individual takes a series of tests that determine his personal and professional skills, and after completing the assessment, training opportunities are offered to the person in cooperation with a number of platforms to provide him with the skills required for the labor market.
