Torrey Pines hosted a star-studded round of golf on Wednesday, after Kai Trump joined four-time major champion Rory McIlroy for a rainy day on the course.
Kai, 17, is heading to college and has a bright golf future – and so there are few better to learn from than the former world No. 1 McIlroy.
The pair headed out at Torrey Pines for a practice round ahead of the Genesis Invitational, the Tiger Woods-hosted tournament that begins on Thursday.
Genesis is usually hosted at Riviera Golf and Country Club in LA, but was moved south to La Jolla at short notice in the wake of the California wildfires.
In images from their round on Wednesday, the pair could be seen chatting away, with McIlroy shielded from the rain in a white Nike beanie hat.
Kai, meanwhile, wore a cap of her own and a black rain jacket, before the pair shared an embrace on the ninth green.

Kai is not the only Trump to have hit the course with golfing royalty this week, after Donald was spotted out with Tiger Woods and his son Charlie on Sunday.
The president played with the sporting legend in Florida, before hopping on a plane to New Orleans to take in the Super Bowl.
Kai is soon to head to the University of Miami to continue her rise in the golfing world, and it was reported earlier this week that she already holds a $1.2m NIL valuation before hitting a single ball.
She is currently a senior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida but announced her commitment to The U last year.
Miami has one of the top golf programs in the US, previously winning a national championship, and Trump is set to be the new star of the school.
Back in August, she said: ‘I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Miami.
‘I would like to thank my mom, Vanessa, and my dad, Don, for always supporting me through my journey.’
McIlroy, meanwhile, arrives in La Jolla in fine form, having won $3.6million at Pebble Beach a fortnight ago.

He then skipped Waste Management but is in the field at Genesis this week alongside the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, Viktor Hovland and Max Homa.
While the event is hosted by Woods, he will not be playing in the event and has pulled out following the shock death of his mother Kultida.
Woods was still slated to play until a few days ago, but released a statement in which he admitted he was still trying to process her passing.
He added that he still plans to travel to La Jolla for the tournament this weekend, but it remains to be seen whether he will travel across to the west coast from his home in Florida.
