Justin Tucker sexual misconduct scandal takes shock twist as Ravens star provides ‘proof’ of innocence

Justin Tucker’s lawyers have released evidence that appears to call into question some of the allegations of sexual misconduct against the NFL star.
Sixteen massage therapists – from across eight spas and wellness centers in the Baltimore area, including the Ritz-Carlton – have made accusations against the Ravens kicker.
But Tucker’s attorneys have now provided two sworn affidavits from the previous owners of the Ritz-Carlton spa. Tony and Marilyn Horwath – who both have sworn testimonies posted by Outkick from Charleston County, South Carolina – claim, under penalty of perjury, that they never received any complaints about Tucker, who they called a ‘frequent customer’.
The Horwaths reportedly owned and operated the Ritz-Carlton spa from approximately 2012 to 2017, where Tucker ‘received multiple message therapy treatments at the spa’.
Among the allegations leveled against the kicker are that he repeatedly – and deliberately – exposed his erect genitals. Managers from two spas said they banned him from returning.
But Tucker denies any wrongdoing and on Wednesday he branded the accusations ‘shocking and heart-breaking’. He has not been charged with a crime or been sued over the allegations.

Testimony has spa owners in Baltimore saying they never received complains about Tucker
Marilyn’s affidavit states: ‘At no time did I or my husband ever receive any complaints, from any source, about Mr. Tucker’s behavior at the spa, nor did we ever suspect that Mr. Tucker had engaged in any misconduct whatsoever at the spa.’
‘Based on my conversations with employees of the spa, my understanding is that Mr. Tucker had an excellent reputation among the massage therapists and other employees with whom he interacted.’
The law firm representing most of Tucker’s accusers responded to Outkick with a statement about the Horwath’s testimonies.
‘We do not represent the spa owners, only the affected therapists. Whether the owners acted appropriately and in protection of their respective employees when faced with complaints is a question better directed to [them],’ Baltimore-based law firm SBWD partners Michael Belsky and Catherine Dickinson stated.
Earlier on Wednesday, Tucker’s wife, Amanda Bass insists she ‘fully supports’ her husband and believes he has been ‘falsely’ accused of sexual misconduct.
The 35-year-old met Bass at the University of Texas. They married in 2015 and have one child together. She told Outkick: ‘The false allegations against Justin have caused so much hurt to our family. I believe my husband, and I love and support him fully.’
Last week, it was reported that NFL investigators visited Baltimore to interview massage therapists who have accused the Ravens kicker of sexually inappropriate conduct.
The alleged incidents are all said to have occurred between 2012 – Tucker’s rookie season in Baltimore – and 2016.
