He revealed the necessity of concerted Arab and international efforts to prevent Regional interventions in Syrian affairs, confronting Israel’s colonial ambitions in southern Syria and the Golan Heights, which will remain Syrian territory, as well as Turkey’s ambitions in northern Syria, and ending Iran’s dominance over decision-making in Damascus after the departure of Al-Assad and the beginning of a new era based on consolidating the pillars of a state of justice, equality, peace and stability, and the independence of Syrian decision-making from regional powers aspiring to redraw the map of Syria and change the balance of power in the region to revive the Sykes-Picot idea of dividing the Middle East and implementing America and Israel’s plan for a new Middle East free of resistance and liberation movements from colonialism.
