"Justice" Developing the litigation system

Counselor Adnan Fanjiri, Minister of Justice, succeeded, within 100 working days, in improving the legal and judicial conditions in the country, by taking many reform measures aimed at enhancing and achieving justice in society. Government reports have shown that there is a clear improvement in the system’s performance. judiciary, accelerating the provision of justice and enhancing the speed of trial procedures.

 

The Minister of Justice also strengthened cooperation between the various judicial authorities and improved working conditions for judges, lawyers and employees in the field of justice, as the country witnessed an improvement In the files of human rights and the protection of the rights of women and minorities, in addition to taking positive steps, including the Ministry’s participation in the “Bedaya Initiative” for “Building Humans” launched by the President of the Republic, with the aim of investing in human capital and working to consolidate Egyptian identity, through the implementation of programs and activities. And various services include all age groups, and cover all governorates of the Republic.

Also, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministries of Justice and Communications regarding developing a mechanism for converting voice into written texts automatically using artificial intelligence technology in Egyptian courts to facilitate and raise the efficiency of the writing process. Minutes of trial sessions, not to mention developing the infrastructure by opening the courts of Quesna, Damanhour and Matrouh after developing and raising the efficiency of the buildings.

Also, preparing training courses for judges, through the participation of Counselor Adnan Fanjiri, and a meeting of the Ministers of Justice of the BRICS countries. Held in Moscow, Russia, he delivered a speech during the meeting in which he affirmed Egypt’s keenness to share with its member states its interest in international judicial cooperation, with the aim of not providing a safe haven for perpetrators of crimes, especially serious ones, and achieving justice in civil and family matters, so that borders do not stand still.
