"Journalists" Decide to activate "Article 12" Opening the affiliation schedule and a committee to draw up a list for enrollment
The Journalists Syndicate Council, headed by Khaled El Balshy, head of the Journalists Syndicate, decided to activate the text of “Article 12” of the union law, by opening applications for registration in the roster of members, and forming a committee to draw up a list for registration in the roster, ensuring the provision of a union umbrella for real practitioners of the profession, and the protection of the union and the profession from impersonators.
The Journalists Syndicate stated, in a statement, today On Sunday, the Council decided during its meeting yesterday evening, Saturday, to form a committee to examine the papers and documents of those who obtained decisions from the Appellate Registration Committee in the last two sessions of the committee, to ensure that their papers are completed and that they meet the legal conditions regulating registration. The committee includes the secretary and representatives of the two registration committees.
On the other hand, the union holds a “legal oath” session. For those accepted into the training schedule on October 20, she invited colleagues accepted into the union to register under the training schedule, to attend the session at six in the evening at the union’s headquarters.
