Jay Cutler has been arrested for a DUI and gun possession in Tennessee.
TMZ reports the former NFL star was jailed on Thursday after he was stopped while allegedly driving intoxicated in Franklin.
Cutler, 41, is also accused of failure to exercise due care and violation of implied consent law.
A mugshot shows the former Bears quarterback, who was once married to reality TV star Kristen Cavallari, with a scruffy beard and a somber expression.
He was released from the Williamson County Jail later on Thursday after posting a $5,000 bond.

Cutler was married to Cavallari, 37, for nearly a decade before they divorced in 2022.
They share three children – Camden, Jaxon and Saylor.
The former couple starred in their own reality show on E! called Very Cavallari which followed their life in Nashville.
Cutler spent 12 years in the NFL, most notably as the quarterback for the Chicago Bears.
He retired from the Miami Dolphins in 2017.
Cavallari recently shared that her custody agreement with Cutler had changed and she now had more time with her children.
