Jake Paul and his stunning fiancee Jutta Leerdam burst into tears in new footage from romantic proposal
More images have been released after celebrity boxer and social media influencer Jake Paul announced his engagement to Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam.
The engagement, which happened on March 21 in front of a gorgeous sea-and-island vista, saw the 28-year-old Paul get on one knee in front of the 26-year-old Leerdam.
Paul posted the new video to his social media accounts with the caption, ‘The moist magical day of our lives ~03-21-25~’ with a wedding ring emoji.
Video captured an emotionally overwhelmed Leerdam reacting to the proposal after being led to the scene blindfolded.
Paul looked emotional as well, wiping tears from his eyes while down on one knee.
After she said yes, Paul picked her up and the couple shared some tender romantic moments.

Paul proposed to the Dutch speed skating sensation back on Friday after years of dating
It’s not clear where the proposal took place, but it appeared to be in a more summery setting than up in the wintery conditions of Scandanavia.
Paul was recently seen with the speed-skating sensation as she and her Dutch teammates won gold in the women’s team sprint at the 2025 World Championships in Hamar, Norway.
The former YouTuber-turned-boxer and promoter traveled north to the 60th parallel for the event, where he was seen cheering on his long-time girlfriend after a quick pre-race cuddle session.
After Leerdam’s win, Paul foreshadowed the engagement with a congratulatory post on his Instagram. Sharing pictures of them on a private jet, along with Leerdam’s action shots, Paul wrote, ‘So proud of my baby 1st, 2nd, and 3rd this weekend at the world championships.’
‘She’s a 7 time world champion now. The hardest worker and the most gorgeous,’ Paul said of his fiancée. ‘You inspire me babe. Isn’t ironic how the person who is the most important athlete to a sport is the one that they try to tear down the most.’
‘Can’t relate because we don’t fly at y’all’s altitude. I hope love runs the universe one day.’
Paul and Leerdam’s relationship first became public knowledge in March 2023, when the smitten pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other during a romantic date night in Miami, Florida.
Soon after, the speed-skating sensation confirmed they were a couple after sharing a number of loved-up photos together on Instagram.

Paul is now awaiting the release of his reality show with brother Logan.
In November, Paul starred in Netflix’s first-ever boxing event when he faced legend Mike Tyson in an eight-round bout and secured a unanimous decision victory.
The fight at AT&T followed consecutive wins over Nate Diaz, Andre August, Ryan Bourland, and Mike Perry. He holds an 11-1 record with seven knockouts and his only loss against Tommy Fury.
Paul recently released new training footage and revealed he will be fighting on Netflix again. Although his opponent is yet to be named, he was previously linked to former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor.
