Married At First Sight (MAFS) bride Jacqueline Burfoot has shared a series of scathing Instagram Stories, slamming her reality TV hubby Ryan Donnelly and the fucked comments he made about their sex life.
ICYMI, Wednesday night’s dinner party when full nuclear after self-proclaimed warrior groom Ryan Donnelly was finally held accountable for his disgusting remarks about MAFS wifey Jacqueline Burfoot.
You see, the groom was called out for using the term “crazy eyes” to describe his wife before revealing she gave good head in an intimacy workshop with Alessandra Rampolla.
Following the explosive dinner party, Jacqui took to her business account on Instagram, revealing she felt “trapped” and “terrified” when Ryan’s comments came to light on the show. She also claimed that Ryan had “intimidated” her ahead of the dinner party, hence why the pair were acting like a team when they first arrived at the shindig.
“At the last [Commitment Ceremony], I called out my partner for comments and jokes he had been making about sex and women that were 10X worse (so bad they couldn’t make the cut). He retaliated that night with threats and intimidation,” the 2025 bride claimed.
“He had made it very clear I must be a team player and my only option was to support him. Since my way didn’t work I was trying it his way last night and protected him until I found out the comments were intentionally derogatory to put me down.
“It was humiliating and horrible to watch.”
Furthermore, Jacqui called out her castmates, wishing they told her about Ryan’s comments in private rather than bringing it to the dinner party.
“Tuesday night was the first time I saw and understood what he actually said because nobody had the respect of decency to pull me aside in a private conversation where I wasn’t humiliated in front of a room full of people,” the alleged Miss New Zealand continued.
“It was worse than I ever thought it to be.”
Following Tuesday night’s episode, Ryan took to Channel NIne’s Today Extra, stating that his comments about Jacqui are “one of [his] biggest regrets” on the show.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to apologise to the viewers, to Jacqui, to anyone who was offended by it, to Alessandra who was present in the room,” Ryan dished.
Alongside her scathing takes of Wednesday night’s dinner party, Jacqui slammed her husband’s apology “were never remorseful, not sincere and were always justifications”.
“Watching him on Today Extra two days ago was triggering because it’s a serious situation and not something to ‘laugh off’ on national TV,” Jacqui penned.
“I hope he learns a lesson from this but I don’t believe that’s possible — I tried and gave up this battle — the group couldn’t do it either.”
At the end of her Instagram Stories, Jacqui told viewers thatshe wasn’t blaming “the edit” and that the past week “has been A+ story telling and accurate on screen” for two storylines.
“I’m just adding that more was happening that there simply isn’t time for. Producers do not have an easy job telling everyone’s unique perspectives, opinions and stories,” Jacqueline wrote.
“If anything, this week, I’m praising the ‘edit’ while simultaneously expressing the humiliation and upset I feel watching this back and standing up against misogyny and disingenuous apologies on behalf of all woman out there.”
Look, a lot of people have their opinions about Jacqui, but honestly, I just feel terrible for her. Especially after her sex life was aired out on TV.
