Inside ‘the Gen Z Playboy Mansion’ where young OnlyFans models make millions creating racy content

A group of young OnlyFans models have created their own version of the Playboy Mansion for Gen Z.

The Miami mansion, dubbed the ‘Bop House,’ was opened by social media star Sophie Rain in December.

Sophie, 20, became a viral sensation last year after claiming that she was a virgin who had earned $43 million in her first year on OnlyFans.

She opened the luxury property with her friend and fellow OnlyFans creator Aishah Sofey, 22, with plans to use it as a place to film content for their social media pages.

Seeing the potential to make serious money, the pair then invited six other OnlyFans stars to join them in the luxury three-story home in Miami.

The Bop House has since become a huge hit online with over three million followers across TikTok and Instagram – with many people comparing it to the infamous Playboy Mansion.

The opulent residence, which costs almost $75,000 a month to rent, spans across 8,890 sq ft with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Unlike Hugh Hefner’s notorious abode there’s no grotto – but there is a pool, rooftop sundeck and direct access to the water with a space to park a yacht or jet ski.

Aside from Sophie and Aishah, other residents include Alina Rose, 24, Camilla Araujo, 22, Julia Filippo, 22, Summer Iris, 19, Ava Reyes, 19, and Joy Mei, also 19.

Living together under one roof has been a huge success for all involved – the ladies claim to have pulled in $12 million in December and $15 million in January.

‘There’s a lot of girl drama but it usually gets resolved by the end of the night,’ said Sophie.

‘We are constantly annoying each other while simultaneously being affectionate and showing how much we love each other,’ she continued.

‘A lot of people think there is constant competition, but we know how strong we are as a group. We work better as a team and our income very much reflects that!’

The kitchen, albeit fully fitted, isn’t used much – the group haven’t cooked since they moved in, instead opting for takeaways or restaurant outings.

After they finish filming for the day, Sophie and the others spend their spare time sunbathing, jet-skiing and swimming in the sea.

As for dating, there are no restrictions on bringing men back to the luxury pad – and all of the ladies, apart from Camilla, who has a long-term boyfriend, are single.

‘Having constant content plans can get very tiring and people might expect us to be party animals, but it’s very rare we all go to a club together,’ Sophie said.

‘We have only had one house party so far, but we often go to dinner together after we finish the day’s work,’ she continued.

‘We are never apart from each other for more than a few hours a day.’

Unfortunately, their online popularity has resulted in some creepy encounters with fans, who have been known to show up at the Bop House at all hours.

‘We were often woken up to people knocking at the door at night,’ Sophie confessed.

‘The situation eventually got so bad that we had to hire security.’

Sophie, who is one of the top OnlyFans stars in the world, claims to have brought in millions for the house since December last year.

The influencer believes the Bop House could become even bigger in the future and it’s all thanks to thirsty subscribers who can’t get enough of her and her friends.

‘Men are the reason we make so much money every single month and we have no plans to slow down any time soon,’ she said.

‘We can afford a new mansion every single month with the money the Bop House is making us.’

Last year, Sophie told DailyMail.com that she had invested a chunk of her record-breaking OnlyFans earnings into launching the Bop House.

‘I had this idea to get a house and get all of them together and we just want to have fun and make content,’ she explained.

‘It’s just like a little girl group that we’re all doing and we just want to uplift each other and help each other grow on TikTok,’ she continued.

‘It’s just really exciting and I’m excited to see where it goes.’

Sophie is also investing her money into real estate, and has plans to buy huge property that her family can all live in.

With her immense wealth and growing fame, Sophie admitted that it’s becoming increasingly more difficult for her to go out in public – and that she’s even becoming concerned about stalkers.

‘I keep getting recognized everywhere. I was actually out last night with my family having dinner at a restaurant and I got recognized there,’ she said.

‘I’m always worried, honestly. I am always looking over my shoulder, but I surround myself with a really good group of people and they’re always there for me no matter what, so I know I have them to fall back on if anything were to happen.’

Sophie, who is a virgin and a Christian, previously said that her faith doesn’t conflict with her raunchy career.

The former waitress grew up on food stamps in Florida and dutifully attended church with her family every Sunday.

Meanwhile, as Sophie focuses her attention on the Bop House, the original Playboy Mansion has recently wrapped up $10 million in renovations.

Hugh Hefner’s infamous party house, which served as the backdrop to his Playboy Magazine – adorned with busty models in bunny costumes – was sold in January 2016 to business mogul Daren Metropoulos for $100 million.

Daren, 46, is the son of Dean Metropoulos, 78, who’s worth around $3.4 billion.

Daren himself can boast a packed business portfolio, as he headed companies such as Hostess Brand, which produces snacks like Twinkies and HoHos, and Pabst Brewing Company – both at some point owned by his father.

Dean is a fan of Hefner’s fantasy home, as he was photographed partying it up at the 29-room Holmby Hills property in 2012 alongside rapper Snoop Dogg and an entourage of bunnies.

He entrusted the makeover to architect Richard Landry, who has renovated multiple star’s houses such as Tom Brady, Kylie Jenner, Rod Stewart, Mark Wahlberg and Sylvester Stallone.

The main house is a staggering 18,000 square feet – eight times the size of the average American home.

When the renovations began in 2019, plans included partially demolishing a 650-square-foot staff house and expanding it to 4,400 square feet to include a gym and garage.

A separate 1,200-square-foot guest house was also in the plans.

The Playboy Mansion is emblematic of celebrity culture with some of the biggest stars scrambling to enjoy Hefner’s lingerie-only dress code for the female guests who cavorted in the caved grotto.

Elvis Presley reportedly slept with eight Playmates at once at the home, while John Lennon burned a Matisse original with a cigarette.

Donald Trump even filmed an episode of The Apprentice at the mansion where contestants got to meet Hefner and his girlfriends.

It also has a dark side, with allegations against disgraced actor Bill Cosby purported to take place during these debauched parties.

It was also dirty. Multiple former Playboy bunnies spoke out about the dilapidated building and floors being strewn with dog feces and urine.

In 2011, health officials confirmed that the bacteria that causes Legionnaires’ disease was found in a whirlpool spa at the Playboy Mansion where more than 100 people fell ill.

The Los Angeles County Health Department presented its findings at an annual conference at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta. The legionella bacteria also cause a milder illness called Pontiac fever.

Symptoms, which include fever and headache, are the same as those suffered by the Playboy Mansion partygoers.

Instead of selling the property to his 37-year-old widow Crystal – a former Playboy bunny 60 years his junior – Hefner sold it to Metropoulos.
