Stopping random construction and the cultural and civilizational distortion of society, as well as expanding agricultural projects to compensate for the losses caused by encroachments over the past years, and expanding the sustainable urban renaissance in the face of random construction, all of which are efforts that have been widely praised by international institutions.

This comes as the Islamic Organization for Food Security reported in (2024) that the government plans to expand agricultural lands and strengthen the agricultural land tenure system, by simplifying procedures Land allocation, modernizing legislation, and supporting secure land tenure.
In turn, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development saw in (2024) that plans aimed at simplifying land allocation in Egypt are moving in the right direction, as the National Center was launched Spatial data infrastructure in 2020 with the aim of establishing an integrated national planning system to prevent land encroachments in the future. The report reviewed the state’s efforts to confront and prevent encroachments on agricultural lands.
