Imams "Giza Endowments" Hosted by the pavilion of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs at the book fair
The wing of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs received, today, Saturday, January 25, 2025, a delegation of imams from the Giza Endowments Directorate, as part of the Council’s activities at the Cairo International Book Fair in its fifty-sixth session.
< p>Dr. Ahmed Abu Talib, Director of Da’wah at the Giza Endowments Directorate, expressed his overwhelming happiness at this global cultural event that highlights Egypt’s position as a beacon of knowledge. And thought.
He stressed that Egypt still sits on the throne of sciences and arts, pointing to the pioneering role of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the renewed Minister, Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, in strengthening Egypt’s cultural status.
He also extended his deep thanks to Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim Al-Bayoumi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, For the great efforts made in organizing the Council’s pavilion.
During the visit, the imams were briefed on the valuable publications provided by the Council, which included scientific encyclopedias, translations of the meanings of the Holy Qur’an, and heritage books.< /p>
They praised the high level of these publications, which are considered essential scientific tools in supporting their message. Da’wah.
At the conclusion of their visit, the imams affirmed their great appreciation for the efforts made by the Ministry of Endowments and the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in supporting them intellectually and scientifically.
They explained that these publications represent a qualitative addition to their advocacy journey, stressing that they embody a conscious vision for renewing religious discourse and spreading moderate thought.
