Last year, the actress took her fans through her Pvolve workout routine in an Instagram video.

Jennifer entered into a partnership with the New York City-based exercise method in August 2023.

According to its website, ‘Pvolve is a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to deliver results beyond a traditional workout.’

Aniston partnered up with Pvolve’s founder Rachel Katzman in 2021, and began incorporating the low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment into her routine after hurting her back.

After spending years ‘breaking her body,’ Aniston finally found Pvolve. ‘With this program, you can start gentle,’ the star explained. ‘You can restore your body.’

She said it is an innovative method that she ‘instantly fell in love with.’

‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come,’ Jennifer said.

Through low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment, Pvolve users achieve not only aesthetic results, mobility, and stability but also feel more confident and energized, she has said.

Jennifer told PEOPLE that she credits the low-impact fitness program Pvolve with ‘transforming [her] body’ in recent years

As an authentic fan, she joined Pvolve to bring awareness to the method that’s transformed her idea of fitness, the press release stated at the time.’

As we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,’ she told People in August.

‘If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain.’

‘I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,’ the actress added.

She also shared that she likes how the program is different. ‘Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain. It has to be an hour of a workout. You have to work out three times a day. With this, you can start gentle.’

‘I sweat. I sculpt. I bend. But I don’t break,’ Jenifer said in her ad campaign for the brand. ‘How liberating.’

Jennifer was previously known to workout with Hollywood personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who has also helped to hone the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna.

She was previously reported to be on the baby food diet in 2010, which advocates 14 portions of puréed food a day followed by a healthy adult-sized dinner.

Tracy recommended Jen went on the diet shortly before she headed to Hawaii to film scenes for her new movie, Just Go With It, to give her a ‘body boost’.

Speaking to Healthista, Mandy said: ‘My clients and I make sure we do daily exercise. I aim for seven days a week of training and normally hit five. Diet and exercise is key.’

In an interview with InStyle in 2021, Jennifer also discussed her diet and her almost total avoidance of junk food.

In moments of stress, instead of having ice-cream or pizza, the star admitted she will have a single potato chip.

‘A chip. Crunch, crunch, crunch,’ she said. ‘Usually. I’m good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that’s so annoying.’

Her alcoholic tipple of choice is the martini mix, which is made with gin and vermouth and garnished with an olive or a lemon twist.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: ‘Jen’s meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs, and she also indulges in treats and cheat days.

‘If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no big deal.’

When it comes to relaxing, The Morning Show star practices meditation and makes sure she gets plenty of fresh air with her pet dogs.

The source added: ‘She meditates, and loves hikes with her dogs.’
