Happy Thanksgiving from Hollywood! Sofia Vergara, Ciara, and Sarah Michelle Gellar lead stars posting festive snaps

A-listers are celebrating Thanksgiving near and far with loved ones.

Sofia Vergara kicked off the festive holiday from her island home of Casa Chipichi, wishing followers early Thursday morning a great day.

‘Happy thanksgiving (turkey emoji) from Casa Chipichipi!!!’ the star, 52, posted along with an aerial shot of her beachfront retreat. .

She also posted several snaps from her Thanksgiving beach day, including one of her basking in the sunshine in a black bikini.  

Ciara, 39, and her husband Russell Wilson, 35, were feeling especially grateful as they marked the day on Instagram. 

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback shared a slew of sweet family photos, including a cute couples shot, as he gushed, ‘So much to be thankful for (prayer hands emoji). Happy Thanksgiving!!’

Meanwhile, Sarah Michelle Gellar and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are spending the holiday in Australia 

His wife, who was tagged in the caption, left this heartfelt response in the comments: ‘Truly so thankful for you and our babies! God is good!’ 

She also uploaded the post to her Instagram Stories, writing with three heart emojis, ‘Thankful.’

Ciara and Russell have three children together – daughters Amora, nearly one, Sienna, seven, and son Win, four. Russell is also stepfather to the son Ciara shares with her ex Future, 10-year-old Future. 

Meanwhile, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are celebrating Thanksgiving Down Under.

Sarah posted snaps from their current travels to Sydney, which included a snap with son Rocky, 12, as they did visited the BridgeClimb. ‘Thanksgiving looks a little different this year. Yet one thing doesn’t change, I’m still extremely grateful. Also since I’m basically in the future…. The Black Friday sales are (two fire emojis),’ she captioned the snaps. 

Lindsay Lohan started off the day with a festive snap of a white pumpkin nestled beside a sunflower. ‘Happy Thanksgiving!’ the actress, 38, wrote in the Instagram Story post. 

Gigi Hadid, meanwhile, showed off her Thanksgiving ‘offering’ – a tasty baked good topped off with caramel drizzle.  

Olivia Munn enjoyed some quality time with her son Malcolm, three, on Thanksgiving morning. The youngster, whom she shares with husband John Mulaney, snuggled next to the coach as he munched on some snacks.

Munn, who also has daughter Méi with John, wished her followers a happy Thanksgiving in the snap.

Lily Collins marked the special day with snaps of her husband Charlie McDowell and their dog Redford.

Meanwhile, Teddi Mellencamp, 43, said she was thankful to be spending the holiday with her family. 

She shared a painting of her family, which featured her father John Mellencamp. 

Bethenny Frankel, 54, started off the day expressing gratitude for her ‘babies’ – her daughter Bryn Hoppy, 14, and her dogs.

‘Grateful, thankful and happiest with my babies,’ she said. ‘Wishing you and yours a very #happythanksgiving!’

She included several sweet shots with her daughter along with photos of her dogs, and a photo of Bryn cuddling one of the pooches on a flight.
