Governor of Cairo: Facilitations to legalize the situation and accelerate the procedures for reconciliation on construction violations
& nbsp; In order to accelerate the performance rates and follow up the progress of work and the rates of completion in all neighborhoods, while assessing performance and overcoming obstacles to ensure that the citizen and the state obtain their rights in accordance with the regulatory laws. Deputy Governor of the Northern Region, Engineer Ashraf Mansour, Deputy Governor of the Southern Region, Major General Yahya Al -Adham, Secretary General, Major General Hossam Labib, Assistant Secretary -General, and heads of neighborhoods and officials Cairo to simplify the procedures for citizens, in order to achieve the public interest. To legalize their conditions in accordance with the current Law No. 187 of 2023, and to benefit from the facilities it provides, and to ensure their rights. P>
The Governor also called on citizens who did not apply for reconciliation to the speed of technological centers to obtain a data certificate and start reconciliation procedures in accordance with the new law, in order to avoid the legal procedures specified for violations. In coordination with the management of spatial variables to monitor any violations and remove them immediately, and to take decisive measures to prevent violating construction or infringe on state property lands, whether affiliated with the province or other state agencies, such as irrigation, agriculture, etc., while ensuring that the violations are not returned again. P> The governor directed quickly to decide on the requests for legalization, to preserve the rights of citizens, without damaging the rights of the state, stressing that efforts are continuing to achieve a balance between sustainable development and preserving public property.
