Glamorous reporter sets White House briefing room alight with very strange question about Donald Trump

A White House reporter who once whipped celebrities into shape elicited laughs from her counterparts by talking up Donald Trump’s physique during a daily press briefing.
LindellTV reporter Cara Castronuova, 45, made the remarks while posing a question regarding the president’s impending, once-a-year physical to Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Friday – who also couldn’t help but chuckle in response.
Another reporter had asked just before whether the president would be subject to anesthesia or anything else serious, leaving Leavitt to say he is only undergoing ‘a few’ tests.
She promised to provide a readout of those tests ‘as soon as we can – before being met with a follow-up asking whether the White House will release all the results.
After answering yes, the 27-year-old called on Castronuova – who asked whether the White House would consider also releasing the conservative’s fitness plan.
‘He actually looks healthier than ever before,’ Castronuova, a former fitness trainer who won two Golden Gloves as an amateur boxer, continued – causing a grin to rapidly form on Leavitt’s face.
‘[He looks] healthier than he did eight years ago. And I’m sure everybody in this room could agree,’ the athlete-turned-journalist insisted. ‘Is he working out with Bobby Kennedy?’
As laughs emanated across the room, the correspondent also asked, ‘And is he eating less McDonald’s?’ – leaving Leavitt to answer again.

The question came in regard to the president’s impending, once-a-year physical to Walter Reed – and left Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt chuckling as well
“I can confirm that the president is in very good shape, as you see on a near-daily basis here,’ she said, seemingly ignoring the inquiry surrounding RFK.
‘In that vain, thank God it’s Friday,’ she joked, calling the briefing to a close.
‘It’s been a very long and busy week here at the White House – we will see you all on Monday.’
The briefing ended there – seemingly on a lighter note.
Castronuova, years after appearing as a trainer on The Biggest Loser, was named LindellTV’s Chief White House Correspondent last January.
The conservative broadcast platform was founded by MyPillow maker Mike Lindell back in April 2021, and can be found on lindelltv.com.
Other on-air talents there include former New York Governor – and Trump lawyer – Rudy Giuliani, as well as former Fox Business star Lou Dobbs.
Each have their own shows with the pseudo TV network, which secured a spot in the coveted White House press briefing room last February.

In 2004, Castronuova starred as one of the head celebrity trainers on Season 11 of NBC’s The Biggest Loser. She was named LindellTV’s Chief White House Correspondent last January

The former fitness trainer has also won two Golden Gloves as an amateur boxer. She is seen here during one of those championship bouts – at Madison Square Garden – in 2006

The conservative broadcast platform t he athlete-turned-journalist was founded by MyPillow maker Mike Lindell back in April 2021. It received a press pass this past February
At the time, Lindell – a well-known and vocal Trump ally – praised the move as ‘game-changing.’
Its parent company, Mike Lindell Media Corp., bills its broadcasts as ‘a superior First-Amendment-friendly alternative to highly censored Big Tech options.’
Meanwhile, CEO Lindell is facing defamation lawsuits from two electronic voting firms for conspiracy-fueled comments he aired about their machines during the 2020 election, claiming they were rigged against a then-voted-out Trump.
Castronuova made her debut on the White House floor on February 13 by posing another positive question – this one to Health Secretary Kennedy Jr.
The inquiry, however, had little to do with their common knowledge on matters such as fitness and health.
Instead, it honed in on Democrats’ pushback against the appointment – after which she was sure to offer her ‘congratulations.’
In 2004, she starred as one of the head celebrity trainers on Season 11 of NBC’s The Biggest Loser, and she occasionally announces boxing matches.
As for the president, his annual physical at Walter Reed hospital was held later in the day. Results surrounding the visit have yet to be released.
