Giza Governor: The start of handing over the residential properties damaged as a result of the Al-Ahram Studio fire in Omraniya
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, confirmed the start of handing over the properties that were damaged as a result of the fire that broke out in Al-Ahram Studio in the Omraniya district, after the governorate completed comprehensive renovations of the properties and implemented the necessary reinforcements for the concrete structure, in implementation of the mandates of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, to return the damaged properties to their condition without loading. Citizens have no financial burdens.
The Governor of Giza explained that the renovation work was carried out through a committee formed that includes the National Center for Housing and Building Research, the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University, and the Engineering Office in Giza Governorate after conducting The necessary inspections were carried out to determine the extent of the impact on the buildings adjacent to the fire. The completion of all necessary renovations, reinforcements, finishes, and facade painting, directing the Director of the Housing Directorate, in coordination with the implementing company, to intensify efforts and complete 3 other properties and quickly return the facilities to each of them to deliver their units to citizens according to the specified dates without delay.
For their part, the citizens who received their housing units after renovation expressed their happiness with the return of the units to the standard of business, expressing their thanks to the leaders of the state and the governorate and its various agencies.
