The Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, thanked the Counselor Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of Parliamentary Councils and Political Communications, and the team for the sincere efforts made by his sovereignty from last July to this day, and the participation of his sovereignty himself in social consultations sessions on the draft law in the presence of representatives of trade union organizations, business owners and national councils, including the National Council for Human Rights, the National Council for Women and the National Council for Persons with people Disability and the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, and the director of the International Labor Organization office in Cairo, its accumulated experiences in the national dialogue helped the success of social consultation on the labor law despite the conflict of interests that must be taken into account and the variation of the directions and demands of the parties, he was the right to consult and a successful dialogue in which we ended up taking into account the interests of all parties.

The provisions of the law include many amendments that aim to improve the work environment in Egypt, including amending the conditions of wages and leave, and organizing the relationship between the parties concerned in the labor market, as well as providing mechanisms to ensure workers’ rights in the event of conflicts … and this step is an important step for the labor market in Egypt in a way that is in line with what is in line with Egypt With international standards, the state’s commitment to developing the work environment and promoting workers ’rights.
