Gharbia Governor: A comprehensive plan to facilitate reconciliation procedures and accelerate the completion of citizens’ requests

Al-Jundi explained that the technology centers operate as an integrated system that provides services to citizens through qualified and trained work teams, to ensure rapid handling of the density of requests and avoid any overcrowding. He also pointed out the allocation of teams to continuously monitor performance and ensure that citizens’ needs are met in the shortest possible time.

As part of his keenness on accurate follow-up, the governor reviewed the total requests submitted so far, and the number of inspections that were recorded within the spatial variables system. The review also included detailed reports received from engineering departments and state properties, with the aim of identifying the most prominent challenges and resolving them immediately.

Major General Al-Jundi stressed the heads of cities and neighborhoods on the necessity of following up on the progress of work in the technology centers around the clock, while taking all measures to ensure improving the quality of service and facilitating obtaining it without hassle. He stressed that achieving citizens’ satisfaction is a fundamental focus of this system, calling for listening to their suggestions and complaints and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The governor indicated that the current efforts aim to end the reconciliation file as soon as possible, in a way that benefits all parties and enhances the state’s efforts to organize construction and provide a decent life for citizens.
