George Clooney ‘had furious f-word meltdown at Morning Joe after Mika made shocking claim about him’

Raging George Clooney showered f-bombs on a Morning Joe producer after star Mika Brzezinsky claimed Barack Obama put him up to an anti-Biden op-ed, it’s claimed.
The Hollywood heavyweight, 63, a top fundraiser for the Democrats, is said to have flown into a frenzy over a Morning Joe segment following Biden’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump last summer.
Clooney had piled onto calls for Biden to exit the race with a blistering New York Times op-ed where he said the then-president was ‘not the same man’ he once was, and said Democrats wince when seeing him in front of cameras.
Morning Joe Brzezinski suggested that Clooney had been instructed to publish the piece by former President Barack Obama, who was said to have been pulling the strings in ousting Biden from the race.
Brzezinski said in a segment: ‘This wasn’t George Clooney… I think that Barack Obama has a lot of influence.’
After the segment aired, Clooney reportedly flew into a rage at MSNBC over the allegation and called a producer to vent his fury, according to upcoming book Unchartered: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History from journalist Chris Whipple.
Clooney reportedly shouted at the unnamed producer: ‘How the f*** could you let her link me with Barack Obama saying he made me write the op-ed?’
When the producer denied involvement, Clooney continued: ‘You f***ed me… you’re my friend. You should have stood up for me.’

An excerpt of the upcoming book was published by independent journalist Tara Palmeri on her Substack Red Letter, revealing how Clooney lost his head at the MSNBC producer for questioning his op-ed.
After being berated by Clooney, the producer reportedly shot back: ‘George, this is not a f***ing movie.
‘There’s no script. It’s just not a movie where you go script page to script page.’
‘F*** you!’ Clooney responded, according to the book, to which the producer told the actor to ‘f*** yourself.’
Their hostile exchange reportedly continued in multiple phone calls across several hours, and at one point the producer told Clooney he couldn’t control what hosts say all the time.
‘This is a morning talk show on a cable channel. Nobody gives a f*** if we say he should get out or if he should stay in,’ they said.
‘Nobody f***ing cares. It’s skywriting. It’s f***ing gone. George, I told you before, we’ll try and take care of it tomorrow morning. I promise you.’
When Clooney said he no longer knew if he could ‘trust’ the producer, he was told: ‘Well, f*** you. If you don’t trust me, stop f***ing calling me.’

Clooney was reportedly upset at the way he was portrayed on cable news, to which a producer told him ‘this is not a f***ing movie’
It comes as Clooney has made media rounds in recent weeks to promote his Broadway play Good Night, and Good Luck, based on the movie of the same name he starred in, co-wrote and directed nearly 20 years earlier.
In an appearance with CBS’s Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Clooney again waded into politics as he said he was ‘raised a Democrat in Kentucky.’
Clooney shared his first time voting was when he cast his ballot for Democratic incumbent Jimmy Carter in the 1980 election, which Ronald Reagan won. He said, ‘I lost with some Bushes and I won with some Clintons and Obamas,’ adding, ‘You know, this is Democracy.’
While neither Clooney nor Colbert mentioned Trump by name, the Oscars winner addressed Democrats losing the election.
‘Well I don’t know, what am I supposed to do? Storm the f***ing Capitol?’ he said referencing the January 6 2021 insurrection, prompting applause from the crowd.
He also added an unexpected direct message to Trump, without saying his name: ‘Good for you. I hope you do well because our country needs it, and we will meet you in 3.5 years and see where we go next.’
Some Hollywood watchers think Clooney may have his own political ambitions.
His 2014 wedding to British-Lebanese lawyer Amal Alamuddin and the subsequent birth of the couple’s twins Ella and Alexander have given the star a picture-perfect family.
