Variety is set to host its annual Business Managers Breakfast, presented by City National Bank on Nov. 19 in Los Angeles.
This year’s programming will feature a keynote conversation with FX chairman John Landgraf, who is celebrating his 20th year with the company this year. While in his role at FX, Landgraf has overseen award-winning programs, such as, “Sons of Anarchy,” “American Horror Story,” and “Fargo.” Under his leadership, FX has reached all time highs in ratings, awards and acclaim.
FX received 36 Emmy awards in 2024, the most of any brand or streamer, as “Shōgun” made TV history with the most wins (18) by a series in a single season, including outstanding drama series, and “The Bear” set the record for the most wins (11) by a comedy series in a single season, breaking its own record from the previous year.
Landgraf will be interviewed by Variety’s co-editor-in-chief, Cynthia Littleton.
Matt Lichtenberg of Level Four Business Management, LLC, will be honored with the Business Manager of the Year award at the upcoming breakfast, in recognition of his dedication to his clients and an outstanding career spanning over four decades. Level Four Business Management, LLC, provides financial services and expert guidance to high-net-worth individuals, specializing in the entertainment industry.
