Fox News’ White House correspondent Peter Doocy has welcomed a baby boy with wife Hillary Vaughn.
George Jack Doocy was born Wednesday, April 16, in Washington DC, surrounded by his family.
His mother, a Fox Business anchor, spent 30 hours in labor, Doocy, 37, revealed in a tweet.
He also reiterated how George was born on his and his wife’s wedding anniversary, four years to the day.
The pair are now parents of two after welcoming daughter Bridget in 2023.
The family-of-four are seen posing proudly in a series of photos taken by People, for a feature on Jack’s birth.
Born to a media power couple – and a famous Fox News grandfather – he weighs in at 8lb, 11oz, Doocy said.
He arrived ‘after 30 hours of @hillary__vaughn labor… on our 4th wedding anniversary,’ Doocy wrote, before offering some characteristic humor.

‘So thank you, son, for being the reason I’ll never forget to get your mom a card when I’m grabbing a birthday card for you!’ Doocy joked, sharing a link to the article.
There, he revealed his wife had been ‘the person who came closest to guessing when George would arrive.’
The boy’s big sister – seen in several of the family photographs – ‘was also the first person to sing “Happy Birthday” to him in the hospital,’ he bragged.
Meanwhile, just like his son, Doocy himself has a famous father in Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy, who also spoke to People for the occasion.
The elder Doocy recalled: ‘Just before George was born, the whole family was on baby-watch.’
He also revealed how Vaughn gave birth last week during a live-report DailyMail.com covered at the time – one which saw a bird abruptly fly onto the younger Doocy’s head.
‘Oh! Oh my gosh,’ fellow on-air talent Ainsley Earhardt could be heard saying at the time, as Doocy – tuning in remotely to the Manhattan set from outside the White House – flailed and waved the animal away.
