All volleyball competitions that were supposed to be held in Russia under the auspices of the European Volleyball Federation (CEV) have been suspended due to the situation in Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the organization.
The press service of the organization said: “From today in Russia and Ukraine there will be no volleyball, beach volleyball and snow volleyball competitions under the auspices of CEV.
In addition, until the end of the European Cup season, clubs from Ukraine and Russia will play their matches at a neutral stadium. The statement said that any other European events that were supposed to occur in Russia and Ukraine in the near future will be transferred to other countries.
